St Isidro Suites Corporate Housing SPA & Wellness Center

I had tasty room service, especially the tuna pastor tacos and cheesecake. My room on the third floor was spacious, the shower was very hot, and the place was clean. It feels like a nice hotel with a beautiful lobby, while the rooms are apartments. I left before breakfast, but I’d gladly return. Excellent stay all around.

Our room phone kept ringing after midnight, three times between 1 and 3 a.m., even though we repeatedly asked them to block the calls. When we complained, the manager just shrugged and said, “Maybe someone likes you.” The breakfast was stale pastries, watery coffee, and cold eggs. The service staff acted as if just being there was a favor. At the front desk, the rudeness and inability to handle even basic problems were shocking, from check-in through checkout. Never again. Save your money and dignity. This place should pay guests to stay.

The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to get fresh air, especially after my back surgery, and the outdoor furniture was comfortable. My husband and I stayed at St Isidro before and after the surgery on our neurosurgeon’s recommendation. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our junior suite was comfortable. The front desk staff were pleasant, especially Larissa, who went out of her way to help us and always had a smile. Her English was excellent. Management, she’s a valuable employee.

The rooms are spacious, but the hotel is very old and the elevator takes forever. Breakfast was the worst part. One staff member was trying to take orders and serve 20-30 hungry guests, and you couldn’t help feeling sorry for her. Guests waited so long that some left hungry. I posted this on my first day and quickly got a reply promising the problems would be fixed. By the second day, nothing had changed. Breakfast was still a mess, with too few staff and long waits. I feel for both the overworked staff and the guests. I still wouldn’t stay again or recommend the hotel.
