The suite was good value and felt like a small apartment. It was quiet and relaxing, just how we like it, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Easy to walk to the mall, Sam's club, and other places.

I’ve been here a week and extended for another one. The rooms are very clean, there’s central AC, and I felt safe. They clean daily, with fresh sheets and sweeping and mopping. The staff are very friendly, and there’s a nice gym and terrace. The only downside is the Wi-Fi, where I was getting about 50 download.

My client was within walking distance, and I stayed for two weeks. The room was clean, the maids were really nice, and so was the rest of the staff. There was one problem: my work cell died completely, and when FedEx tried to deliver it while I was with my clients, the front desk said twice that no one by my name was staying there. The hotel more than made up for it by having a driver take me to get it directly from FedEx. He spoke English and helped me get my package.

Clean, with good views, reasonable prices, a good breakfast, and convenient parking. The hotel is right by a shopping center and a very good restaurant. It’s a bit out of town, but practical if you’re going to Toluca.
