We nearly skipped booking because the reviews looked bad, but ended up having a great stay. We had a big group and reserved three two-bedroom suites, and all of them were great. The roof area was limited, though we hadn’t booked for the rooftop anyway. The rooms were perfect.

We expected a lot more for the price and left really disappointed. It was very noisy at night, bugs were in our room, and no one came to clean during our three-night stay even though we asked. The refrigerator didn’t work. We told the staff, but they never fixed it or offered to move us to another room. We wouldn’t stay again.

The apartments are roomy, nicely decorated, and have really comfortable beds. The location is fantastic, with lots of good restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby. Entry to the apartment is by code, which worked well. Getting into the building from the street means ringing the bell for the doorman to buzz you in, which can be annoying when you’re in a rush, but it’s a minor issue. The staff were especially kind and helpful. I was unwell for a couple of days, and they went out of their way to help me find a doctor and arrange for prescriptions to be delivered to the apartment. I really appreciated it. Laundry isn’t in the suite and is only available after 6 PM because housekeeping uses it during the day. The shower’s hot water took some trial and error, and I never quite remembered which way to turn it. I didn’t get to see the rooftop facilities because the weather wasn’t great, but I truly enjoyed my stay. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it.

The location was great, but the rooms felt old, weren’t very clean, and didn’t have lights. Service was so-so. Reception was great, but replies on WhatsApp were slow.
