Hotel Boutique Casa San Diego

We had the larger suite, with plenty of privacy and enough space to get work done. There’s a bedroom and a hall/office, and you can shut the door between them. The place and service were great. It isn’t the cheapest option, but it’s a good fit if you want to mix work and leisure in style with another party member. For meals, there are several alternatives just a 3-5 minute walk away, and those are probably the better choice.

Our room felt grand, with tall wooden doors and 16ft. ceilings, and it was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is well placed, with the Aguaducto right in front and lovers walk behind, plus a short walk to the Cathedral and shopping in the center. I’d skip the in-house restaurant and try somewhere nearby. Chai is about a 5 minute walk away. The hotel also has a beautiful, spacious rooftop bar deck with a nice view of Lovers Walk.

The rooms are fantastic and service was good all around. Breakfast was great when the female chef was cooking.

The location is great and everything was perfectly clean. I didn’t try the restaurant. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and worth every penny.
