Amazing staff, and the location is hard to beat.

Ugh, the same thing happened to me. People here aren't friendly, and I wish I'd known beforehand. It didn't feel family-friendly at all. If you're bringing kids, just stay away.

I rented unit 907D through Vistalegre rentals in Feb, 2023, and was extremely disappointed. The owner charged me $325 for a broken door blind. I had been told not to leave the blind down with the window open, but the material was already worn. I was also charged almost $200 to replace the mesh in one screen after the cleaning lady reported it broken. The repairman replaced a few rusted screws and a dried-out plastic end cap. He agreed the screen worked, though he recommended replacing the mesh. I see that as basic maintenance and normal wear and tear. All the screens were in similar condition, with most of the screws rusted out. I've rented condos in Puerto Vallarta for a couple of months at a time for about 12 years and never had such a frustrating experience. In my view, the owner of 907D takes advantage of renters by charging them for ordinary maintenance. Beware! Delcanto itself is a lovely property, but think twice before renting that unit.
