The staff made my stay. I got to know the two night receptionists and even spent time with them separately. The place is gated and felt very safe. It’s more than 20 minutes from the city center, and pretty noisy, though the terrace has great views. Finding the hotel was a pain since GPS sent me somewhere completely different.

The reception area’s hygiene was hard to ignore, and the building had the smell of a moth infestation. When I sat on the bed, the mattress creaked and felt like a mat, and it made me really itchy. The TV was only five inches, smaller than my phone screen.

Everything was really clean, and the room was comfortable. Service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. The TV was tiny, though, and the fan barely moved any air.

The photos on social media gave a very different impression from the place we found. The hotel is in poor shape, and our rooms were dirty. They don’t clean, gave us just one towel, and didn’t replace it. There was no TV signal or cable either. Staff said the owners hadn’t visited in a long time. A really bad stay.

The beds were extremely hard, and one of the two was broken underneath and made a lot of noise whenever it moved. Worse, I found bedbugs in my room. I went to reception for help, but nobody was there, and repeated calls got no response. What first looked like an acceptable option turned into a miserable experience. Better to look elsewhere.
