Our reservation wasn't ready, so they put us in a room we hadn't booked. We were left waiting on a dark street for about 20 minutes. They kept telling us there was no water, and the next day police showed up after neighbors reported a lot of trash outside. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The owner wasn't responding because he was in Mexico City and, apparently, is a foreigner who doesn't speak Spanish.
