Jaime and his family turned their home into a hotel, and he's about the friendliest guy ever. He speaks decent English, and said we could keep our two motorcycles inside. That secure indoor parking was a huge relief for my wife and me on our round-the-world trip. Finding somewhere safe to park in Patz had been a nightmare, since everything else was on the street. We'd found this place through iOverlander, then looked it up on Google and called, even though the last check-in there was two years ago. A room with a shared bathroom is 400, or 500 for a private one. There's Wi-Fi and a communal area where you can prepare food. It's at the top of a hill, about a five-minute walk downhill to the center. The area felt very safe. Jaime said he'd never had a problem in 20 years, and we walked down for food and returned late at night. We were really happy to find this place and ended up staying extra nights. :)
