What stood out most was how attentive the staff were. Our butler, Mr. Elías, quietly took care of dinner reservations, activities, and even having coffee ready at just the right time. Everyone from reception to the pool greeted us warmly, and service was thoughtful from the airport pickup through checkout. The food was another highlight. At "El Mirador," our tasting dinner came with fresh ingredients and lovely presentation, and the wine cellar was stunning. "Olas" served lighter gourmet food by the pool, even the club sandwich felt a bit special. Breakfast was made to order, with personalized choices rather than a standard buffet. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, which had elegant decor and modern features like smart lighting and integrated sound. The Egyptian cotton sheets and pillow menu made for a restful night. Its private terrace, Jacuzzi, and wide ocean views were especially memorable. Housekeeping and maintenance were impeccable, and the room was turned down twice a day. The grounds and facilities were luxurious and well cared for. The infinity pool seemed to run into the sea, and Serenity Spa was peaceful, though there was a short wait for treatment. The gym was modern and open around the clock. More signs in the gardens would help guests find the secluded areas. The location felt quiet and exclusive, yet the main attractions were only a short drive away. Private transportation was a useful extra. Hotel Casa Real gave us a memorable, immersive luxury stay and delivered on five-star expectations in nearly every way. I'd recommend it to anyone after a relaxing escape where the details are handled with care.

The service is excellent, and billing was easy. They have ice-cold water and coffee, and if you arrive by car, the attendant can park it for you. One small thing, they don't have combs, though they do have hair gel ^_^ Highly recommend, it was hassle-free.
