The rooms are very nice and the service is excellent. I rated it lower because I found ants in the bathroom of room 303, then saw a cockroach during the night. I told the staff, and they dealt with it right away by spraying insecticide.

There's a civic plaza nearby, with restaurants and banks all around, so the location is excellent.

We've stayed here several times during our visits to Poza Rica and have loved it. The family suite is our favorite, and there are all sorts of shops close by.

A good spot for resting. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the rooms have plenty of space and feel comfortable. It could use cable TV, though.

I've been traveling alone in my van from Brazil to Alaska for 60 days, and I came across this hotel by chance. Almost everything was perfect. The garage is uncovered and a block away, though that wasn't a problem for me since the staff service was so good. The waiter at the attached restaurant was especially kind and made my dinner just the way I like it, and the welcome was warm too. I recommend the place, and when I head back to Brazil, I'd like to rest here again. Congratulations to the management.
