The rooms have clean, comfy beds, a bottle of water, and bathrooms that are roomier than I expected, with hot water in the shower. There's no AC, but the airflow is good enough that the room stays at a nice temperature. It's a great place to rest, relatively close to downtown Puebla by car. Room service is available, though I didn't use it, and the free secure parking is appreciated.

For the price, the rooms are good, and the neighborhood feels pretty safe. It's within walking distance of the bus station. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, with deep tubs and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good, dinner okay. The beds and pillows are on the firm side. It's a $35 room, so don't expect a 5 star hotel. There was no AC, but they brought us a working fan. The WiFi signal is weak, so stay on the first or second floor for decent reception, since the router is near the front desk. On our second night, there was a heavy metal concert across the street, and nobody could do anything about it.

A calm, welcoming place with good internet too, if you're working while on holiday.

A nice hotel for a low price. The room was nice, though service at the counter was slow.

I couldn't give it a lower rating than one. Water from the restroom came out into the room, and some of us couldn't shower. The toilet paper is the cheapest kind.
