There were people waiting while the clock kept ticking, and we weren't allowed to check in until after 15:00 Hrs. I doubt all the rooms are released at once then, since someone must be cleaning rooms after guests check out past 12:00 Hrs. The receptionist showed poor judgement, and the customer service was bad.

It's a nice 12-floor hotel with a good view of the mountains and puebla.

They promised breakfast at 6 am because the hotel was hosting an event, but it never happened. We couldn't eat breakfast there and missed it altogether. Earlier, they had cancelled the room we'd booked and secured with a credit card, leaving us without a place to stay for a whole night. They offered no alternative and blamed us as customers, while giving our room to people who had booked through an app. Terrible service. I would never recommend this place. Don't waste your money staying here.

La Quinta, your hotel has the worst customer service. I was there as a customer eating at the restaurant for almost the whole day, and I left my iPad with my ID card behind. When I came back, it was gone. I reported it and asked for help, but got none. The iPad's location is still showing at the hotel. They checked the cameras, then said they couldn't help because I hadn't booked a room.

The pool area was nice, though the water felt a bit cold despite being heated. Its position in front of the bar/restaurant wasn't ideal for a pool. We stayed one night and found it very pleasant. The staff were always kind, and the breakfast buffet was better than I expected compared with other hotels. The rooms seemed almost new, if a little small.
