We had a great view over the city from our room on the 7th floor. The hotel was clean, the service was wonderful, and breakfast was a terrific buffet.

The location is great, and the hotel is beautiful. The service was more than great too. The rooms are on the simple side, even in the upgraded suite. As a couple, we didn't get much privacy because there's no proper door between the bathroom and shower area and the room.

The front desk really came through when our first hotel let us down. They listened to what had happened and let us into a room at 9 am, which we appreciated a lot. The place is elegant and well located. We'd definitely stay again.

The rooms were lovely and, above all, spotless, and the bed and clean sheets made for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Oscar. There’s no pool and the amenities are limited, so it isn’t a five-star hotel in the classic sense, but it’s a very good four-star stay and worth the money. It’s also just a stone’s throw from Puebla’s main attractions. I’d recommend it for a relaxed visit.

I booked at the last minute and was really glad I found this place. The gallery is amazing, and I loved the smell as soon as I walked in. My room was clean and minimal, the cleaning crew did a great job every day, and everyone was friendly. The A/C was a must in the warm weather. Such a great stay.
