The room has a small fridge, a little table and chairs, and a small drawer with dishes and cutlery. The TV entertainment is good, and the place is quiet despite being on Av. Juarez. But the room lighting is poor and the beds are too firm. To enter, you have to get the owner’s authorization through a smart bell at the main door. That can be really frustrating when you arrive late, because sometimes the owner isn’t available.

Just so-so. The doors stick, and the cleaning is mediocre. Juárez Avenue is much too large for it.

I booked through Booking.com because the price and location looked good, but everything went badly. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, and nobody was there when we arrived. We called both the number we were given and the one on the banner outside for more than 30 minutes, with no answer. A very friendly cleaning lady eventually let us in, but she didn’t know how to handle the room check-out process. After another half hour of calling with her, I decided to leave. The place felt isolated, and I felt unsafe there with my family. I’d left to find another hotel in downtown Puebla in an emergency when, an hour later, the hotel called to ask if I was still there. Absolutely awful.
