We stayed at Kharma Suites for two days, and both mornings were a problem. The hotel ran out of gas on day one, so they couldn't make breakfast and we had to shower in freezing water. On the second day, the cafeteria had run out of groceries, so we missed breakfast again. We asked the manager for a reimbursement so we could eat elsewhere, but they flat-out refused. I can't recommend this hotel. They lacked basic services and professionalism, and I hope this feedback leads to a significant change in how they operate.

The hotel sits above a very active gym, where loud techno starts at 6 a.m. It woke me up and made it hard to focus on work when I was already up earlier than planned. When I complained, the staff were unpleasant and basically said the noise wasn't THEIR problem. I moved somewhere else so I could rest and, as I expected, got no refund.

It was so loud that we tried three different rooms and couldn't find a quiet one. Fitness classes above the hotel run until 10 p.m. and start again at 6 a.m. We only had one coffee packet in the room, and they said they were out of coffee. They wouldn't get another packet from any of the other three rooms we'd stayed in, even though those rooms were empty. I dunno, I wouldn't come back.

Really clean and tidy, with good breakfasts and magnificent service. It's a great boutique hotel, and the rooms are great too!

The suites were comfortable and thoughtfully decorated during my three-day stay. Staff were very friendly and helped answer a few questions. I had a good experience and would definitely recommend it.
