We only ate at the hotel restaurant, and really enjoyed the food and the view. It’s so clean, there are overhead fans, and cocktail hour brings in a crowd. Some of the best service in Puerto, too, and the food was always good.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My cousin and I came back to our room and found that $600 USD and 10k pesos were missing. We immediately suspected the cleaning lady, who had been in our room even though we still had three days left there. We got the money back. The exact amount that was missing was in her locker, along with more. She was fired on the spot, then told to leave before the police were called. Check your belongings when you return to your room. I do not recommend staying here. Be advised, and good luck with your stay.

Stayed here for 21 days. It was a great hotel, quiet and very clean. The only issue was when I asked to check out later and offered to pay for a half day. They said no.

The bar was the only nice thing here. The rooms were old and smelled dirty, there was no air conditioning, and the bathrooms were small. The shower was awful, and cockroaches were everywhere.
