The location is handy when traveling to Mexico City, with easier access back to the road, and the staff were very helpful. The room was very clean. The bathroom was the one downside: there's no door or curtain on the shower, so water splashes around and makes the floor slippery. That's not ideal with kids. Otherwise, a great hotel.

Be careful on the bathroom floor, especially between the shower and toilet. It's very slippery, and my nephew fell badly there. Also watch your pets in the parking area, where a channel at night can look to dogs like a high grassy area. The hotel itself was modern, quiet, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was just fine, and the service was nice.

The parking security was horrible. Someone stole my stroller from the trunk and broke the door key part while apparently trying to steal the car too. The rooms are noisy, and they weren't cleaned under the beds. I moved the bed closer to the wall and found it filthy underneath. Sorry, I'll never stay there again.

I had a very good stay at this hotel zar. The service and cleanliness were excellent, and the boy who serves breakfast did a good job. It's low cost, and I recommend it to everyone. I'll stay there again next time I visit QUERETARO.

The room was in rough shape, and the beds were really stiff. People in nearby rooms were much too loud. Breakfast was okay, though.
