This is a new build in Guayabitos Mx. The sixth floor is still unfinished, though work is underway, and they’re also working on a future elevator. There’s a larger pool with a cement finish instead of tiles, plus gated parking. Rooms have an open layout with two beds and a kitchen area, while the bathroom is compact.

There were so many restrictions that we felt we couldn't do anything, and there was no room service during our stay. The sheets were stained, and the bathroom had only a curtain between it and the rest of the room, no door. We paid 2,900 pesos, about 150 USD, for two nights and three days, which felt expensive for a room in Mexico. Honestly, the hotel was horrendous. I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on the price and experience. Save your money.

I’m definitely coming back. The staff and location were great, and the hotel is brand new. Rooms are spacious and well designed, with clean, comfortable beds, a nice balcony overlooking the pool, and the option of a kitchen with all the necessary equipment.

I’ll definitely return. It’s just 2 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from the main square and all the restaurants. The hotel is super new and clean, with a nice pool and lovely staff. The location in Guayabitos is the best.
