The receptionist was very kind and helped us with everything, but the road noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. The matrimonial room's bed was far too small for two people. Sadly, one night wasn't worth 600 pesos.

Getting to the hotel was convenient since it's right on a main avenue, and we stayed there with my family while traveling to Huatulco. Booking communication was excellent: our questions were answered quickly. The place was comfortable and clean.

The room they first gave us was tiny and didn't even have a toilet seat, so they moved us. The shower in the second room barely worked. On top of that, they wouldn't honor the Agoda booking and we had to pay more than we should have. I'd suggest finding another hotel.

We spent a week at Peninsula and really enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had AC; the wifi worked great, and parking was right outside. The staff were great. Highly recommended!

The host was very hard to deal with, and the place wasn't as advertised. We ran into a lot of problems during our stay.
