The beds were made neatly, and they left the shower clean with fresh towels, even though we hadn’t used the old ones. The staff, including reception, were friendly. Still, there were cockroaches and maybe other pests, plus a sewer smell. Some rooms had no windows apart from the bathroom, the lighting was dim, and the thin sounding walls meant you could hear the person next door. Not much privacy. I’d think twice before staying.

The mattresses were crawling with bedbugs, and as soon as I pulled back the bedcover, fleas jumped out. The beds smelled bad and mice had chewed up the pillowcases. I cancelled as soon as I arrived, but they didn’t want to refund my money. Horrible hotel, I can’t recommend it.

It’s fine for resting and sleeping, but don’t count on the hot water coming out hot. There’s no elevator.

They sell really well-made barrels downstairs on the corner.

No elevator, and there were cockroaches. Bad hotel.
