The location was good 🤗, and the staff were really friendly. The rooms felt roomy, with a fan and TV, plus hot water in the bathroom. It's a well-kept hotel, though not a luxury place. Having Pollo Feliz downstairs is handy if you arrive hungry. Wi-Fi is available in every room type. It's slow, but fine for sending messages.

I've stayed here three times and hope to come back again, God willing. It's a clean, simple hotel near the cathedral, and the staff are friendly. Parking is a few blocks away.

The affordable price and location, about four blocks from the basilica, were good points. The rooms are spacious, with a fan and TV, and the bathroom has hot water. It's maintained well, though not luxurious, and the service is very friendly. Wi-Fi is available in every room type, slow but good enough for texting. What made the stay hard was the noise from the bedroom and bathroom doors. They bang loudly when opened or closed, and the sound carries through the hotel. I kept waking whenever someone went in or out of a room or bathroom. Starting around 4-5 am, I couldn't get back to sleep until 7.

The price is really good for the location. The hotel is very clean, and the cleaning and restaurant staff are attentive and super friendly. The people in charge are also very nice, and they make you feel comfortable.
