The staff were friendly and attentive, but it was very noisy. They were chatting at 4:00 AM, and noise from other rooms carried through too. The towels were cut in half and really uncomfortable for drying off. With those problems, I won't be back.

Citlali at reception was very nice and friendly, and gave excellent service. It's not a luxurious place, but it's perfect for relaxing and exploring the area, with excellent value for money. Thank you very much.

The hotel is very clean and good overall, but our ground-floor room was right across from reception. We heard every phone ring and everything being said there. The room had no windows and was very cold. Requesting that room was our mistake.

We stayed for two nights and the room wasn't cleaned once. The towels were worn and ugly, and there was no vanity or place to put clothes. This hotel is absolutely awful.

Clean, comfortable rooms for a good price, excellent value. The only issues were the very rude night manager and all the noise from tenants on the third floor, drinking and carrying on until 4 am.
