Hugo in the restaurant had the coffee ready as soon as I came in, he deserves six stars. The buffet breakfast was great every day, and the hotel did a great job cleaning and bringing water daily. Really nice hotel.

I come here a lot for work, and the teams at check-in, breakfast, and dinner are a big reason I keep choosing it. Everyone is so helpful and makes sure things are right. My room is clean, and they tidy up and restock every day. I like winding down by the garden and pool with a coffee or a drink.

Joan made me the best omelette I've had all year, and Hugo brought me handmade tortillas. The service was great from the front desk through the restaurant. I had an excellent stay at HI hotel- Quixote. See you next year! FM

The garden suite was comfortable, with a great bed, and it was really quiet. I had an awesome two weeks, the time flew by. Armando was a fantastic waiter and became a friend during my stay. Abel was hilarious and his good service kept me up later than I planned. The whole team was top drawer, highly recommend them.

It's always nice to see Alfonzo when I get here. Abel, Armando, and Jazmin are friendly and helpful every time. I've been coming for 20 years, and before Covid I was here almost every other week. I even got to watch the tower go up floor by floor. The staff have always been awesome.
