The city-center location worked well, but for a week-long stay the comfort was lacking and the price didn't match the service. We had to switch rooms right after arriving because the bathroom had a water leak. Our replacement room faced the street, where noise started at 5:00 AM. I think you can find better.

The room was pleasant, but it got cold with only a small blanket and no comforter on the bed. On top of that, they ran out of hot water, so taking a shower meant using ice-cold water.

The old building has been renovated nicely while keeping its old-world charm, and the price and location are both great. We just arrived today, but so far everything works, including the big TV. The mattress is comfortable, the receptionist was very friendly, and there was hot water when I showered at 10 pm. There's no parking at the hotel. A lot 100 meters away charges 150 pesos from 9 pm to 9 am.

It looks nicer in the photos. The place has a rustic feel, but it really needs renovating. During my three-day stay there was no water, and with no mosquito nets in the rooms, we had lots of mosquitoes.
