The burgers are really good. Staff speak a little English, though you may need Google Translate to understand each other. Still, it was good overall.

I was quite taken with this hotel. From one side, you can see volcanoes or huge mountains far off, and the pool and garden are lovely. Our group of about 20 traveled to Tapachula many summers, and the hotel was always accommodating. The restaurant is small but just right, and having fruit breakfast on the shaded patio by the pool was a treat. I felt safe with the friendly security as an American, and the hospitality and attentiveness made it a fine stay several summers in a row. I'd happily stay here again if we return to the area. Thank you!

I picked this place because it was near my relatives, and I guess you get what you pay for. The building seems poorly maintained, and some of the old AC units don't work. I found spiders in the pillows and little lizards crossing the bathroom. The beds were somewhat okay, and the restaurant was also just okay. The TV and AC remotes didn't work properly.

The food and service were fine, even great at times, but I won't stay here again. It's an old sixties-style hotel, and the rooms seem unchanged after 60 years. Their condition made me feel as if bugs were crawling on me while I tried to sleep, though I hope that was only in my head. There was no hot water, either.

The pool is nice, but the room felt average for the price. Wi-Fi didn't work, and the people in the room above us were very noisy. It wasn't a pleasant stay.
