The staff were genuinely helpful and kind, and the room was clean, though the bedspread could have used a wash. We stayed in one of the King ‘suites’, which was basically one room. The shower and toilet share that room, with only shower doors separating them, so there isn't much privacy. It's also odd to step out of your room straight into the reception area. Still, this may be the best option around Teotihuacan.

We had no hot water at first, but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff gave excellent service. Nice place overall, though there's no parking.
