The coordinators knew rain was coming for our wedding on October 27th, but didn't tell us the event garden had no drainage and would flood. It did flood, leaving all of us standing in mud and ruining our dresses and shoes. When we asked them to fix it, they said, "That's Tepoztlán." They also tried to charge us for a room we'd already paid for and billed us twice for other expenses. Breakfast is advertised as included, but it's only a continental breakfast, coffee and bread, and they never actually provide those. Everything else costs extra. This is a disgusting hotel and event venue.

The scenery is perfect for photos, and the warm climate and location add to the appeal. There are spacious gardens for gatherings, celebrations, and meetings, all beautifully manicured. Valet parking is available, and there's an open-air chapel. Excellent hotel.
