HOMSTY

We felt let down by how the refund was handled. After touring the facilities, we said the place wasn't what we expected, and they offered to refund us in full without involving the platform. Later they changed their mind. They stayed respectful, but still didn't keep their word, and made excuses. I want to add that we were respectful throughout too. We eventually found places that suited us, but the broken commitment was what bothered me most. Before any of that, we waited almost an hour to be greeted. We arrived at night and stood on a dark, empty street. When someone finally came, they were very friendly. I've seen several negative reviews, so I wanted to make clear how we acted as well.

The whale watching was a highlight, and the guides were attentive and helpful. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and the staff kindly led them along the dark trail the whole way. The welcome and service were fantastic, and we enjoyed our stay. Picking up the key on arrival was a little confusing at first, but you get used to the arrangement, which is like an Airbnb.

We're here right now, and I wish this part of our lives could go on longer. The atmosphere and tours are amazing, and the place itself is incredible. Everyone we met during our stay has been so friendly.

The shower in room 1 made it a little hard to get the water temperature right. Apart from that, the staff were always attentive and ready to help with whatever we needed. It's a different kind of place from anywhere I've stayed before, and a lovely spot to share as a couple.
