Hotel Boutique Margarita Toluca

Hotel Boutique Margarita is lovely, with beautiful interior decor and thoughtfully designed rooms. Breakfast and the restaurant were excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and caring. The woman who helped with our room needs and towels was especially nice. The room felt a bit cramped with two beds, but it was manageable. We had a balcony facing Juarez, though street noise meant we had to keep the door closed at night. An evaporative fan cooler was provided, and we left it running all night. The shower was great, and the Vitral Botanical is just a short walk away, so the location is perfect. The beds were the firm kind you often find in Mexican hotels, almost too hard for comfortable sleep. I mentioned it a little late, and they told me they do have a room with a softer bed. I wish I’d known earlier. Maybe next time.

The building and location are very pretty, and the food was great. Staff were kind and accommodating, and the mini fridge came in handy. The room was small for my taste, but cozy. Room service was the one problem: the restaurant never answered, and it seemed short-staffed. Still, it was worth staying.

The place is beautiful and in a convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay last month. The photos and marketing look lovely too. I’d stay there again.
