We stayed four nights, adding an extra one because the place was so peaceful and the pool area was lovely. It’s a quiet, tucked away spot with a beautiful jungle like courtyard and pool, just two blocks from the Centro Plaza. Ramon, the proprietor, was kind and helpful. I can imagine how lovely it must have been in its heyday.

Right in the center of Ticul, this is a wonderful hotel. The rooms have A/C, a small fridge, a bathroom, and hot and cold water, plus there’s a pool. The host is very friendly and knows some English. Ring the bell when you arrive.

We booked two nights so we could visit Uxmal, and it was lovely to come back to this quiet, clean place and swim in the pool. The garden has a beautiful jungle like feel, and it’s close to the center of Ticul. The owner was very helpful, and we even got a huge breakfast for free. I’d happily return if I’m in the area.

The owner, Romano, was very kind and helpful. Thanks for the recommendations and the really good breakfast. We stayed one day and enjoyed the big garden, full of trees, a few cats and little turtles. It felt like a little heaven, and the room was spacious.
