Everything here is small and compact, from the rooms and beds to the tiny elevators. The staff are friendly and eager to help. It's in a great spot, with lots of food and drink options within a well-lit walk.

The breakfast runs from 6 to 10, with plenty to choose from: chilaquiles, squash with ham, potato stew, eggs, cereal, yogurt, coffee, bread, and fruit. The rate felt good for the location, too. I ended up here after the line to cross into the US was too long and I was already worn out. It’s close to the airport and the ready lane, inside a central shopping plaza with lots of parking. Booking through expedia was easy, check-in went smoothly, and the room was easy to reach from the elevator. The bed was comfortable, and a hot shower helped me unwind after the long day.

The check-in took a while, and parking costs extra. Even though the hotel is fairly near the border, the GPS directions for reaching the building were awful. It took us half an hour to get there. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location itself is beautiful and convenient, but the front desk staff were rude and the customer service was awful. We could hear everything the neighbors were doing at 3 a.m., including fighting and having sex. My kids woke up. I told the front desk, but they ignored me.

The room was tiny, like a little box, and there wasn't even a small fridge for my water. For $95, this felt like a waste of money 🤣. Sometimes the elevators didn't work, either. Check-in was the worst part: they wouldn't let me in or check me in before 3 p.m., but they still made me leave on time. Get rid of the self check-in kiosk if you don't honor it.
