The staff were kind and the food was alright, but we had trouble after trouble. Our room wasn't ready at the agreed check-in time, even though they'd known when we were arriving. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, and there was no hot water in the shower. Later, staff said there was nothing wrong with the rooms or flush, then admitted the next day that plumbers had to come repair the whole system. The mattress didn't fit its frame, the room had no proper bedside table, and lights around the hotel weren't working. The place also wasn't very clean, and the men's and women's bathrooms had no paper in the morning. There was nobody at reception between midnight and 8 a.m. to help. Sorry to leave such a harsh review, but people should support a hotel that does a better job in this area.

The service was excellent and the food was very good, but I didn't enjoy the room. It had no window, so there was no proper daylight or ventilation, and the carpet felt sticky under bare feet. The lights outside the room weren't working properly either.

It was very clean, and the service was good. A few small maintenance problems came up, but otherwise things were fine. I did wish there were more supplies for preparing food in the dining room, and guests weren't reminded to wear masks in shared spaces like the elevator.

It’s really convenient for getting around, just five minutes from downtown, and they offer tours and excursions. The food is delicious, and the facilities are comfortable. Staff are friendly and seem determined to get things right. The main drawbacks are the weak Wi-Fi reception in the rooms and the small windows in most of them.

The outside of the hotel doesn't look like much, but inside the facilities are top-notch. I especially liked the amenities and the service, which was well above average. It's practically in the city center, with a lovely view too. Highly recommended...
