The secure on-site parking and friendly service made this a great place to stay. Everything was clean, and the location made getting around Tulancingo easy for both my meetings and time exploring. I spent two nights at Esfera Hotel Tulancingo and was very happy with the comfort and value. I loved it, and I’ll definitely come back on my next visit.

The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. When a cold snap hit on our first night, they brought us a thick flannel blanket. We also noticed there was no thermostat or heating and air conditioning, something we take for granted in the US and that’s probably true of most hotels around here.

The comfortable room made for an enjoyable stay. My only issue was the noisy street beside the hotel, which could be bothersome in the mornings.

Although the hotel is new and very clean, I found the staff rude, unfriendly, and discriminatory. The room keys also work unreliably. It’s a good hotel, but the staff, especially the receptionist, need training.
