The rooms were clean, and we found helpful staff, secure parking, and a good price. We had a comfortable two-night stay, and the location was great. There are quiet rooms facing inward. Breakfast was a bit sad, but edible. I’d stay again.

The hotel functioned well and gave us a generous discount for a three-night stay. Breakfast was decent, though it wasn’t a buffet as advertised. One day they cancelled the included breakfast and offered chicken tamales instead, which I can’t eat.

The service was some of the best I’ve experienced. The hotel is in a very nice spot, close to everything in Tulancingo, and the room was big enough with a nice bathroom.
