Friendly staff answered messages before check-in, and getting in was so smooth that after they gave me the lockbox code, I never needed to meet or bother anyone. It was a great stay and very good value for money. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the start of Tulum, and right across the road from the entrance to the Tulum ruins archaeological site.

We could walk to Tulum centre in about five minutes, and the pool area had music into the evening with the firepit lit every night. The food was great and the staff were lovely. Calling this a hostel really undersells it: for £38, two of us had our own room for two nights, with a double bunk bed, shower, toilet and fantastic air conditioning. The layout is great, and the pool was awesome. Incredible place.

The food was delicious and fairly priced 👌🏽. They’ve got two pools, and you can help yourself to free coffee until noon. Rooms were clean, and the whole place has a really relaxed feel. Great service, too!

Clean rooms, a lovely pool and a good bar, plus a tasty breakfast. The staff were kind and polite, too. For a reasonable price, you get everything you need. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Mexico so far. Gracias chicos!

Everything feels brand new, since the place has only just been built. From your private rooftop, you’re above the tree canopy with forest stretching all around. The view is breathtaking, and the place is really unique.
