The host Enrique (Kike) was wonderful. Every request we made was handled right away or within minutes, with so much kindness and Mexican hospitality. The property itself was as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Having the restaurant Noma on site was really convenient, and the location is excellent. The first drive in felt a little remote, but that passed once we saw what was nearby. My daughter and I had an amazing stay.

Villa 7 gave our group of nine adults and three kids a secluded, quiet place to spend the week, tucked into the middle of the forest. It’s a beautiful, luxurious villa and was very well maintained and clean despite the forest setting. Kikay, the property manager, was accommodating and available whenever we needed help around the house. The only drawback was the road in, which was very bumpy for a two-to-three-minute drive.

The architecture fits naturally into the forest setting, and the location really makes you feel surrounded by trees. The road to the villa is bumpy, so make sure your car can handle it. We travel in large groups often, and this was the best villa stay we’ve had. It suited our needs perfectly, and Kikay made sure our requests were taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great place for a big family, with a small cocktail pool out back and newer Samsung products, perfect for the "all sharing" app. The dirt road is rough, but being tucked away down it adds to the appeal. It’s about 10 minutes to DT Tulem and 12 to the beach. I’d give it 10/10, assuming you have a rental car or another way to get around.

The host was friendly and quick to respond, and the photos matched the property. The place was clean and in an amazing location. I’d definitely recommend it.
