The breakfast was terrible, and the reception guy who helped us in the evening was incompetent. Our car wouldn't fit in the underground garage, which is about 2.20 m high, so we had to pay a lot to park across the street in a private lot. He claimed the height limit was listed on Booking, but we checked again and it wasn't. Then they put us in a moldy room. After we complained, we were moved to a smaller room with windows that couldn't be opened, and nobody apologized. Thanks for nothing. There are plenty of other hotels in town, so don't stay here.

It's downtown and has a garage, and I found the hotel clean, modern, and good overall. Personally, I like it. Just be aware that the rooms don't have irons, ironing boards, or hair dryers.

We spent four days here, and my family was delighted with both the service and the stay. I asked for a balcony room with a city view and got one with an incredible look at the Cofre de Perote and Pico de Orizaba volcanoes. The rooms were lovely, with a few small imperfections that didn't bother me or take away from the experience. After cleaning, everything was spotless and smelled wonderful. The hotel felt comfortable, warm, and elegant, and its location was great. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, and the place was very family-friendly. My baby had a great time too. For the price, I highly recommend it, and we'd definitely stay again.
