We spent 3 nights at Sol y Arena and had a wonderful adventure. The cabanas and grounds are beautiful, and Carlos and his staff were very warm and helpful. My wife and I highly recommend staying here. We paddled the kayaks from the hotel out to the reef to snorkel, and the staff arranged a boat snorkeling trip for us, which worked out great. We were so glad we did it. We also ate at the restaurant several times. They make fresh coffee every morning and provide milk, and we enjoyed evening cocktails on the roof deck above the kitchen, with its amazing sea and jungle views. One tip: bring some food or at least snacks. The restaurant isn't open at lunchtime. You can go into town to eat, but we preferred to stay at our cabana, and the staff lent us everything we needed for a simple lunch.

We arrived without a car or any plan, and Carlos happened by. We ended up at an amazing place. The grounds are beautifully kept but still feel natural, and Carlos invited us to dinner and drove us to and from town. Bikes and kayaks are included, and there's a cute little restaurant with a great view from the terrace. You can paddle out to the reef to snorkel, or arrange a tour. Carlos was a lovely host and friend. Can't wait to come back to this magical place 💖

Carlos was so kind and welcoming, and the location, cute cabaña, service, and food were all great. It went beyond what we expected. I'd absolutely stay at S & A again. Highly recommend! ⭐️

We stopped at sunrise for a meal and got quick, friendly service. They do takeout, too. Carlos told us they'd be serving a celebration meal for grotto de dolores, and it didn't disappoint. The menu was based on more traditional dishes, and the sope was delicious. Dinner was relaxing with a cool sea breeze, and the kitchen looked new and spotless. Breakfast is served until 11 and dinner starts at 5pm. They also had a machine to pay by credit card. Highly recommend.

This was our second year vacationing at this lovely Glamping Resort, and we had an incredible 4 days. We went kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, boat touring, and 4 wheeling, but best of all we got to disconnect and spend time with family and friends. The service was great, and the food was exceptional. Our teens had 0 complaints, so they had a great time, LOL. The dogs loved being able to run freely. We were lucky to get pulled pork Chilaquiles that morning. Pulled pork isn't usually on the menu, but the Owner had a craving for it and smoked a pork butt early that morning. We got to have some 🫶🏼. See you next year.
