The room had two twin beds and looked out onto a courtyard with an orange tree. In the morning, we could hear the birds singing as they woke up for the day. My husband and I arrived late on a Tuesday and had trouble finding the front door, but a woman eventually came and let us in. We were the only guests that night. It cost just $400.00 pesos, about $28.00 USD. The place is clean and quaint, and pretty awesome if you’re not expecting the service of a 4 star hotel. It’s in the sweet little town of Xico, Mexico. I’d stay here again.

For $500 pesos a night, I wasn’t expecting a fancy room, and the room was simple but comfortable. The bed was good, and the water got very hot, which I appreciated. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I went on a Tuesday, so I’m not sure if that price is just for weekdays. Thanks, I hope to come back soon.
