On February 14, 2026, my boyfriend took me there for dinner. There were eight other couples enjoying themselves. They offered a basic package and a premium one, and he paid $3950 for the premium, which was supposed to include a three-course dinner, red wine, flowers and a gift. It obviously wasn't 3 pesos. Things started with a simple wine and some chips with black sauce. My boyfriend was already annoyed, but didn't say anything because he didn't want to spoil the evening. Then the main course came with black avocado and hard tortillas. I was very upset and went to tell the manager. His only offer was dinner for the two of us, but we don't want to go back. By then two other couples had left without finishing their meals, presumably because they were annoyed too. For dessert, the "Italian dessert" was cake from Dulce Obsessión bakery. They didn't even plate it because it hadn't been delivered with the trays, hahaha. And the details... well, I won't even get into those, hahaha. I'm posting this to help people avoid a bad experience and getting ripped off on their services. 😮‍💨

Their dinner services are extremely expensive, and the things they say are included are low quality or not what they advertise. On February 14th, we got a very large decoration, which we'd never received before.

A lovely boutique hotel, with comfortable rooms that each have their own decor. It's in an excellent location, and the reception staff are very friendly.
