The photos make it look nicer than it is, but the location is great, right in the center of town and just a block from the beach.

We didn’t get checked in until the next day. On the first day nobody spoke English, and the maid was covering the desk. The people did try to help.

Really good hotel.

The staff were kind, but the hotel’s condition really let things down. We found cockroaches, the bathroom had no ventilation and water ran toward the beds, and the sink was completely blocked. The rooms were uncomfortable, with hygiene, appearance and functionality all way below standard. The location is perfect for getting to Playa La Ropa and Playa Las Gatas, and everything is close by. It is very cheap, so it may work if you’re traveling on a tight budget.

The hotel is spotless and in an excellent location. The housekeeper leaves lovely little touches, and the service is excellent. Have you been to Zihuatanejo in different months? Every month feels different, and the streets along the fisherman's promenade are beautifully decorated. ✨🙂
