This is my second time here, and it's a good fit for longer stays. The place feels secure and everything works. There's a nice shared kitchen with water, a reasonably sized fridge and freezer, and a small spot to cook your own food. Quiet and friendly, too.

The sheets were old, the mattresses sagged, and the room was filthy. We even found two spoons on the beds. I told the owner, but all he offered was a 150 discount on a room that cost 750, and we didn't even get to use the disgusting room. He came across as despotic, and the service was terrible. The posted photos don't match reality at all. I'll upload a photo of the spoon on the bed tomorrow. It was a bad experience.

I had a really bad stay from the start. I booked through Booking.com, but unlike other places, they asked for full payment upfront. When I arrived, I was given a different room, and no one ever showed up to help. I ran out of water and couldn't find anyone. I can't say how other guests were received, but my own service was poor from the beginning.

For the price, this place is perfect. It's very clean, the beds are really comfortable, and the service is excellent. A wonderful spot to get out of the heat.

It's close to the beach, the tourist area, the pier, and the craft market on 5 de Mayo street. The owner's treatment was good, and the location is very convenient. I did notice some fixable issues: the fan had a lot of lint on it, and the seal between the wood and concrete was badly damaged, letting light into the room.
