There's plenty of parking for residents and visitors, and lots of places are just a short walk away, including grocery stores, clinics, a dentist, salon, cafes and restaurants. A 24-hour drive-through McDonald’s is around the corner too. The grounds have nice landscaping and a decent-sized swimming pool with a separate children's pool, plus a wooden patio and jacuzzi. There are sports facilities as well, including a gym and squash court.

It's a calm, cool-feeling, low-density condo, and the pool is huge. It also has a gym, library, squash court and playground. McDonald's and other good restaurants are within walking distance. Worth staying here.

There are a couple of convenience stores nearby, along with a clinic and laundry. The 24-hour drive-through McDonald's is about a five-minute walk away. The grounds have fresh air and nice landscaping, with a huge swimming pool, modern gym, squash court, barbecue pit and jacuzzi.

Management is lousy. They said they couldn't fix the potholes because it was rainy season, but even after a few dry months nothing was done. There are several potholes along a short stretch of road, and they still haven't been fixed after five months.
