Just remember that the hotel is on level 2, so you have to climb a flight of stairs. Inside, it's especially clean and beautiful, and the price feels well worth it. The toilet fittings are branded, and there are plenty of Astro channels on the TV, as shown in the photo. I've stayed in several hotels around Kerteh and Paka, and this is one of the nicest.

The room was comfortable and clean, but the young boy at reception was very rude. He said nothing, pointed toward the room from his seat, and gave us an arrogant look without explaining where to go. I've never had reception service like that before. This was a bad first experience, and it's my first and last stay here.

The room is clean and has no odor, but the sound insulation is poor. I can hear water running when the people next door shower or use the toilet, and their curtains don't block much light. The room gets very bright in the morning, so I can't get a deep sleep then. There's no water dispenser at the moment.

I stayed one night. The room was nice, the aircon cool, the beds really comfortable, and the toilet very clean, so I'd recommend it. The young man at the counter could be a little friendlier, though. Greeting new guests with even a small smile would be nice.

Very clean, and a nice, simple hotel for business travellers or anyone who needs a shower and a comfortable bed before continuing their journey. I was in a Deluxe Queen room facing the main road, so there was some noise, but big lorries didn't pass often and it wasn't unbearable. The guy at reception was friendly and patient.
