The sink leaked, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and there was nowhere to hang a towel. They gave us only two towels for three people, and the towels, bedsheet, and sticky floor were all dirty. Even the mug and tray were filthy. The service was bad, and it was a horrible stay. I will never come back. I had a much better experience at Sentosa View Hotel nearby a year ago.

The air conditioner leaked water, the toilet wasn't clean, and the place smelled bad and was very dusty. Staff weren't at the counter all the time. Traveloka has a good name, so please don't recommend hotels like this and risk its reputation. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in.

A decent place to get some rest. The room and rate were acceptable, so I'd recommend it.

I'll be polite and say I don't think I'll stay there again.

We had to switch rooms because there was dust on the bed. The toilet in the replacement room wasn't very clean either.
