Link Hotel

I had a very pleasant stay from 24-28 may 2026. The location was convenient and easy to get around from. I had a double-booking issue, but manager Dave sorted it out quickly and professionally. He was helpful and gave customers good advice, too. The owner should seriously consider raising his salary for the support and quick response. The cleaning team worked hard and responded promptly, cleaning the room properly whenever I asked.

There were ants in the room, and the bed was extremely hard, with no springs. Think of the old boxy, non-feather pillow your grandmother might have had. Even a thin mattress on the floor would be softer. The bigger problem was the noise all night in room 402, a deluxe double on the highest floor. The rooms of that type are stacked facing the shop, and the window is very thin. The curtain did little to block sound. A food shop stayed open through the night, with the cook striking a carbon steel spatula against a carbon steel wok on the main street, even when nobody ordered. The high-pitched noise kept going, along with the wok clanging back onto the stove every few minutes. The shop owners talked loudly, and on weekends crowds gathered outside until 4/5am. Just when you might get some sleep after 5am, a truck would arrive and the shop was cleaned noisily as it closed in the morning. I couldn’t sleep the whole night.

The man at the counter, shown in the picture, was very rude and wanted to kick out a customer who had already paid in full. Are you the owner? Can you refund the full amount? I’ve never met someone so impolite. He said the parking was for workers, not customers, even though the app says parking is free.

There are all kinds of eateries nearby, including an economy rice shop, Chinese restaurants, a mamak shop, good Court, Thai food, and a fruit shop. A 24-hour mart is also within walking distance. The receptionist was kind, explained the hotel rules clearly, and pointed out nearby shops. The room is very affordable and good for the price. Parking is the main issue: there are only two spaces in front of the hotel, and the rest is street parking.
