The capsule itself felt private and comfortable, with a door, good lighting, and enough power points, including Usb and Type C charging. The layout and renovation are wonderful, and the atmosphere is good. It’s clean, well maintained, and worth the price. The hotel is in central Georgetown, surrounded by restaurants and lively spots. Komtar, the main bus station, the jetty, and a shopping centre are all a short walk away. The staff were good and the hospitality was warm. Highly recommended, keep it up!

I accidentally left my access card inside the capsule, but customer service and the crew helped open the door. Great service. The capsules and the place were clean and comfortable, and they provide toiletries. The hair dryer was especially good. I also liked that online check-in meant no deposit was required. The entrance is actually at the back, which surprised me when I arrived. It makes getting places a bit of a detour, but that was okay for me.

The beds were new, worked well, and were comfortable. If you’re over 1.85 m tall they may feel a little short, though I still found them comfortable. There’s lots of storage space for your things, and the bathrooms are new and well looked after. I’ve stayed in a similar hostel in Singapore, and this one was even better. I’d come back.

A nice place for travelers and backpackers, and I’d definitely stay again. It’s easy to find food nearby since it’s close to the mall. The mosquitoes could use some attention, but apart from that it wasn’t a big deal. Thank you.

For the price, this clean capsule hostel is hard to complain about. The lockers are huge, and it’s right in the middle of Georgetown, within walking distance of lots of restaurants and tourist spots. A great fit for solo travelers.
