The location was excellent, and the staff were nice and polite. The pillows were comfy and the air conditioning worked well. Our room was small, the mattress too soft, and it wasn't cleaned during the three nights we stayed. Would I stay again? Yeah, can lah, if I were on a budget.

It wasn't clean at all, and the service was poor. They stayed on their phones while I was talking to them. The location, at least, is good.

The location was convenient, near the ferry port, and the room was good. I really appreciated being allowed to check in early.

I had to collect my keys by checking in at Victoria Garden Hotel, even though my booking was for Victoria Inn. Then, at about 1:30 AM, the receptionist called to ask me to come downstairs and let another guest in because they couldn't get access and the security guard was missing. As a paying guest, I shouldn't have to deal with access for someone else at that hour. The hotel needs proper access arrangements.
