Hotel Eastana

There were cockroaches in the unclean room, and it smelled of cigarettes. That doesn't feel healthy for children or elderly guests. Management, please check the rooms and hygiene.

The staff were kind and helpful, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The location is convenient, with parking and simple, tasty places to eat nearby. Thanks for accommodating us. The room was average and could use a deep clean. I wouldn't recommend it for families with younger children because vehicle noise gets very loud at night when everything else is quiet.

The room was clean, and the provided utilities were better than I expected. With all that and an affordable price, it was a very good bargain. It's a bit isolated, though, and there aren't many places to eat nearby; they close early. The quiet away from traffic is a plus. Parking is under the city council.

I was unsure about booking at first because it was listed as a 2-star hotel, but we had a great stay. Our deluxe room had one large bed and plenty of space, with basics like shower cream, a kettle, and coffee sachets. You can borrow an iron for a limited time by asking at the lobby, and there was a TV with a few channels, unlike Tune hotels. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I'd consider staying here again on my next Ipoh visit.
