Onsen Premium Suites at Tambun Ipoh

The pool was great and very warm, and the location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk from Tambun Lost World. If that's your reason for staying, it works well, but there isn't much else around. We booked a family suite through Agoda, and the unit we got didn't look like the other photos posted here. The basic structure was okay, but the furnishings were the cheapest kind. The towels felt like the ones at a do-it-yourself dog wash, honestly. The two blankets for the kids' bunks were thin synthetic throws, the sort you'd put over yourself on the couch during a movie, not enough for a comfortable night's sleep. I'm sharing this as constructive feedback because the unit could be made comfortable without much cost. I would've gladly paid another $15 a night for proper towels and bedding.

The view was great, and the place was clean and cozy. Everything was fantastic, and management had provided good amenities.

The waterpark was a big bonus for our family, with attractions for adults and kids, from exciting slides to a lazy river. It was clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the peaceful setting near Ipoh's attractions and eateries, while still feeling tucked away and private. The suite was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with a plush bed and a private onsen bath that made it easy to unwind. The natural thermal water and tranquil resort atmosphere made the onsen especially memorable. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, and took good care of us from check-in to check-out. Our family stay at Sunway Onsen Suite at Ipoh Waterpark exceeded expectations from beginning to end. It's a wonderful spot for families or couples, whether you're after relaxation or waterpark fun. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return.

For a family gathering and a second day of fun at Lost World Tambun, we booked a 3 room suite for the first evening. It was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, with a kitchen and washer dryer. I'd recommend it to families.
